Yes, all our natural stone blocks and cylindrical/conical legs are hollow to reduce weight and prevent damage to your floor.
Are travertine tables suitable for outdoor use?
Travertine and marble products are highly suitable for outdoor use. They are less affected by rain, snow, temperature, and wind.
How can I determine the right table size?
According to international standards, you would need 60 cm per dining chair. Our standard 200x90cm tables are suitable for 3 dining chairs on each side. For oval or elliptical tables, we recommend 220 cm. For round tables, we suggest 110-120cm for 4 chairs, 140-150cm for 6 chairs, and 160cm for 8 chairs.
What happens after I place an order?
Once you place an order on our website, our customer service team will contact you within a week to provide updates and information about your order. You can find more details in the Shipping & Delivery section.
Why are some products available for pre-order only?
We don't maintain stock of large-sized products to keep our prices affordable and reduce natural material waste. Stocking products would go against our brand's identity, which is committed to providing sustainable products.
Why are your prices affordable, and where do your products come from?
To offer high-quality products at affordable prices, we collaborate with companies in the primary countries where each product's natural materials are sourced, including Turkey, Italy, and Greece for travertine and marble, and various European countries for wood.
What materials do you use?
We craft products using a range of materials, including travertine, marble, wood, metal, and glass. We meticulously select the highest quality materials for our products.
What is the quality of your products?
Every customer is valued by us. Our products are made using carefully selected materials. For example, for travertine tables, we focus on the whiteness and veins. For wood products, we use European walnut, oak, beech, and high-quality seasoned wood. Using the highest quality materials is crucial to achieving the best designs. Our wooden tables and chairs go through a meticulous process of painting, priming, and finishing with a transparent color coating. They don't require impregnation and are easy to maintain.

Maintenance
Does travertine stain easily?
Travertine is a porous natural stone. Acids or other liquids can leave matte stains or rings on your travertine table. This especially happens when you leave liquids on the table for an extended period. If a drink or any other liquid spills, we recommend wiping it with a damp cloth without using soap or cleaning agents as they generally contain acids. Additionally, we recommend covering the table with a protective material every six months. For more information, we recommend reading the Care & Maintenance section.
What do you recommend for cleaning travertine tables?
When cleaning travertine, avoid using aggressive acidic substances like Glassex or Dreft and damp cleaning cloths. Instead, use green soap or a natural stone cleaner. Ensure you use a slightly damp cloth and immediately wipe the table with a dry cloth to prevent any water residue. For more information, refer to the Care & Maintenance section.
How can I protect my wooden furniture?
MOISTURE
To protect wooden furniture from moisture, you can use the following methods:
- Ensure good air circulation.
- Maintain the humidity level in the environment.
- Perform regular cleaning.
- Avoid direct water contact.
- Use moisture absorbers.
- Apply varnish or protective coating to the furniture.
- Prevent temperature and humidity fluctuations.
By following these simple steps, you can protect your wooden furniture from moisture and ensure its longevity.
LIGHT
The color of wood will naturally fade over time, which is different for each wood species. The final color will be determined by the daylight exposure on the day the furniture is placed. Keep the furniture away from direct sunlight or use shades.
- Prevent harmful UV rays by using UV-filtered glass or film.
- Rotate the furniture regularly to ensure even distribution of sunlight.
- Apply extra protection with wood protective products, natural wood wax, or varnish.
- By following these simple steps, you can protect your wooden furniture from the harmful effects of sunlight and ensure its longevity.
TEMPERATURE
To protect wooden furniture from temperature, you can use the following methods:
- Keep away from direct heat sources: Avoid placing furniture directly next to or on top of heat sources. These include fireplace, stove, or heaters.
- Protect from sunlight: Direct exposure to sunlight can cause an increase in temperature on the surface of the furniture. Therefore, you can use curtains or blinds to prevent direct sunlight from reaching the furniture.
- Maintain humidity balance: Wooden furniture can be sensitive to changes in humidity and dryness. Therefore, keep the humidity level in the environment under control. Excessive humidity or dryness can cause wooden furniture to warp or crack.
- Use wood protective products: You can use wood protective products to protect your wooden furniture from temperature. These products preserve the surface of the furniture and make it resistant to temperature changes.
- Perform regular maintenance: Clean and maintain your wooden furniture regularly. This helps keep the furniture healthy and durable.
By using these methods, you can protect your wooden furniture from temperature and ensure its longevity.
How can I keep my wooden products looking nice?
- Our wooden furniture is protected with a two-component varnish. Varnished wooden furniture can normally be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth as long as it is wiped dry afterwards. When finished with a wood matt varnish, oil stains can be quite visible. These stains can be removed with a little soap. If these oil stains are stubborn, they can also be cleaned with benzene. Never use care products with abrasive effects. We also strongly advise against using wax-based products.
- The varnish layer is sensitive to scratches. Therefore, we recommend taking extra care of the furniture. Damage cannot be repaired. We refer you to our customer service for advice on stains.
- Always use coasters and placemats when using a wooden table. This will prevent moisture or rings from wetting the table. Moisture can cause black rings that cannot be removed.
- Never place wooden furniture too close to a heat source (e.g., radiators) as this can cause cracking and warping. Also, never place hot objects (pans, cups, etc.) directly on the wood, as this can cause white rings that cannot be removed.
