Delivery Information

At Bedu Atelier, we strive to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers. We want your orders to reach you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Below you will find important information regarding our delivery process:

1. Delivery Timeframe
   We aim to deliver within 4–12 weeks, and up to 14 weeks for customized items. In rare cases of force majeure or unexpected supply chain disruptions, the delivery period may be extended up to 6 months. You will always be kept informed in such circumstances.

2. Free Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium
   We are pleased to offer free delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium.

3. Shipping Fees for Other Countries
   For customers outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the applicable shipping fee will be shown directly at checkout (where available). For destinations not covered in the checkout system, please contact us by email or message to receive a tailored shipping quote.

4. Extensive Delivery Network
   We work with trusted courier partners and our in-house delivery team to ensure safe and reliable transportation of your order.

5. Delivery Notifications
   Although we do not provide online tracking numbers, our team will contact you approximately 2 weeks before delivery and again 1–2 days prior to confirm the exact timing and make the necessary arrangements.

6. Returns and Exchanges
   In case of an incorrect product delivery, we will promptly arrange a new delivery date for the correct item. Please contact our customer service team to start the process.
